3. I want to cancel my reservation and it does not show me a link, what do I have to do?
When making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel you must send an email to reservas@hotelsantabarbarareal.com
You should consider:
• Reservation number.
• Name of the person registered on the reservation.
• You must make the cancellation at least 24 hours before.



4. What is the difference between a double and a twin?
For your convenience we have arranged rooms with beds for all your accommodation needs. A double room has a double bed and the twin room has two double beds



5. Can I request an extra bed? At what price?
Yes, you can make the request upon check in at the hotel reception at an additional cost of $ 50 per night, we can make the change for a twin room. This service is subject to availability, and preferably be requested in advance.
No extra mattresses are allowed.



6. Are the prices per person or per room?
All prices are per room and length of stay. The rooms have capacity for two people maximum.



7. The price per night, includes breakfast?
The price of all our rooms includes a balanced continental breakfast without exception.



8. How much extra for a third person in the twin bed room?
The added value per person is 35 USD and we offer this service in twin rooms.



9. Up to what age does a extra person pay?
We are always ready to provide the best service for you and your whole family, the additional value is paid from the age of eleven.



10. Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
It is not allowed in any of our rooms. Smoking in public places it is prohibited by the anti-smoking law in Colombia. Smoking in the rooms will have a fine of $ 150.00 USD per day, due to the costs of decontamination.

PAYMENTS AND CREDIT CARDS

1. Why do we ask for credit card data?
In general, data from the credit card serve only as a guarantee for the hotel. If the guest is not present or canceled after the deadline (24 hours before arrival), the charge is for one night and the hotel will complete the charge.
We remind you that the hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival.

3. What credit cards can I use to make the reservation?
We accept as collateral credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diner Club.



4. Will the card I provide be debited ?
When you make the reservation directly with us, you provide a credit card to which no debit is performed without the consent of the owner



5. What web portals perform the debit card transaction?
Portals that perform the total debit of accommodation are: despegar, Expedia and Hotelbeds.com as long as Booking.com manages the portal, the total charge of the housing non-refundable bookings are made.



6. I am Venezuelan, can I pay the room in advance with my mail quota dollars?
Yes, we accept payments in advance with Venezuelan quota guests dollars. You have to contact the hotel directly to supply the data to which credit card you want the total value to be debited. The specific condition that applies is that this value is not refundable once debited , the money cannot be returned, only can be used as part of another stay.
You can split your payment in one or more cards.



7. Can I use a debit card to make the reservation?

1. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
Once you complete all steps of the process, you will receive an email with the confirmation number of your reservation.



2. I booked at the hotel but I have not received confirmation by e-mail. What do I do?
If you do not receive your booking confirmation you must communicate directly with us to confirm it and we will provide you with a confirmation number.

3. How many rooms can I book at once?
You can book all rooms you need. * You only have to pay the value of the first night of each room. For example, if you want to book 6 rooms, you should cancel in advance the value of the first night of the 6 rooms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. How I can cancel or modify my reservation?
You should contact the hotel directly, or write a mail to Reservations Department: reservas@hotelsantabarbarareal.com. This process should be minimum 24 hours prior to your arrival.

To account:
• Modifications additional fees may apply and subject to availability.
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged the "No Show", which is equal to the value of the first night of the room.

When you use web portals to make reservations, rooms offered are small and interior and have the same amenities.



4. What are the hours of arrival "check-in" and departure times "check-out" of the hotel?
Check-in is at 2:00 pm. If you show up before that time, we will keep your luggage with pleasure, you register and at 2:00 pm we deliver the room. This is because our guests perform check-out at 12:00 pm so that in these two hours cleaning service for your room this is done in optimal conditions.
You have the option of taking a delicious breakfast in our restaurant (extra cost), and visit the two shopping centers that are nearby. These are Unicentro and Hacienda Santa Barbara. 6. Does the hotel allows pets?
We do not allow pets, regrettably hotel policies do not allow access to animals.



7. Can I smoke in the rooms?
No smoking is allowed inside the rooms. Smoking in the room has a fine, cleaning and decontamination of $ 150 USD and can reach up to $ 1000 USD in cases of damage caused by smoking. Resolution 01956 of 2008 Article 1, smoking is prohibited inside, closed areas, public spaces and work areas.
